Booking & Cancellation Policy

FW Creative Studio aims to make every booking simple, clear, and professional. Please review these quick policies before reserving your session or project.

Please review all terms and conditions.

  • A 30% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due according to your invoice or contract.

  • If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Booking retainers are non-refundable because your date and preparation time have been reserved specifically for you.

  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Additional or last-minute rescheduling may require a new retainer or fee.

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided when scheduling allows. Late arrival may reduce your session time or require rescheduling.

  • Clients who miss their scheduled booking without notice will forfeit their retainer and will need a new retainer to rebook.

  • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather at no additional booking fee.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided based on your selected service and project needs.

  • Final photos, videos, graphics, websites, and other deliverables are released once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
